We obtain required permits for hurricane shutter installations as specified in service agreements. Customers are responsible for ensuring any work not performed by us complies with local codes and permit requirements.

Disputes are resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Charlotte County, Florida under Florida law.
